The White House is clueless!

A well-respected and experienced financial guy, Rick Santelli, voiced a very popular sentiment on the air last week, reporting as he does every day from the Chicago Merc, on CNBC:

With an allusion to communist Cuba and traders around him voicing their support, Santelli said from the Chicago Board of Trade floor early Thursday on CNBC: "This is America! How many of you people want to pay for your neighbors' mortgage that has an extra bathroom and can't pay their bills? ... President Obama, are you listening?"

The response from the White House: "At his briefing Friday, Obama press secretary Robert Gibbs shot back—hard—likely out of concern for the traction the so-called Rick's Revolt could gain. "I feel assured that Mr. Santelli doesn't know what he's talking about," Gibbs said."

Here's the rub: Santelli DOES know what he's talking about. He is an expert in the field. He has proven that with 14 years of reporting on the financial markets. Robert Gibbs is an idiot.

What does this say about the White House?
1. They are ignorant of the truth (i.e., they are clueless) ... or
2. They are extreme elitists, believing that Americans are too stupid to know what's right and what's wrong. (someone tell them this is not the Comedy Central movie Idiocracy) ... or
3. They don't care what people say and will do what they want to (sounds typical of the demoncrats, doesn't it?)

The truth is one or more of the above - which is justification for BHO and the demoncrats to be voted out at the next opportunity. Or preferrably, recalled!
